Making lifestyle changes and sticking to them is HARD. I mean you like your life. You want you want. Choosing the temporary discomfort of doing something new for a long term goal doesn’t come naturally. Having guidelines and support is key to change.
Ok, that isn’t enough for me:
Well you can also choose reasons like “I want to fit into my pants again” “I want more energy in the morning… in the afternoon… in general” “I want to feel healthier” “I want relief from seasonal allergies” “I want to feel vital” - all of these things will be addressed in the Lifestyle Reset.

A bit about me:
I am CrossFit Level 1 trained and nutrition is my jam. I have attended nutrition seminars by people like Matt LaLonde, Chris Kresser, Daniel Kalish, and Robb Wolf. I am currently getting my certification in Nutritional Therapy through the NTA.
Working out got me strong. Nutrition changed my life.
